“Mum instilled this love for the hunter and collector in me, and I’ve been really fortunate over the last ten years to have acquired some really nice mid-century pieces for a steal.”

“The cream ceramic vase base was found on it’s own in an op-shop and I waited years for the right lampshade to turn up. Finally it did in brilliant turquoise!”

“A favourite memory is of my dad sitting in the Tessa chair (the only comfortable chair in the room) enjoying a red wine and family time. We all miss him.”

All these pieces were op-shop finds. “These three pieces were all found in opshops. I love the Italian ceramic vase in the middle. One side is yellow the other orange.”

Nahmi’s favourite piece – recycled , weathered plywood that was found on the beach by her husband, then collaged and coated in resin. “I love that he can find objects and turn them into art.”
